   Abbreviated ACR.
A measure of the bandwidth in Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) networks. The ACR value represents the number of ATM cells available or allowed per second for a specific quality of service (QoS) class.
Available Cell Rate is also known as Allowed Cell Rate.
